Each listing includes the hand-painted needlepoint canvas only, shipped rolled and protected in a mailer tube. Thread, stretcher bars, and finishing (framing, pillow assembly, etc.) are sold separately unless a listing specifically says otherwise — we'll always spell it out in the product details.
Most of our canvases are painted on 13- or 18-count mono canvas — the number refers to how many threads per inch, which determines your stitch size. 13-count is bolder and faster to stitch (great for beginners and larger pieces); 18-count gives finer detail for more intricate designs. Each product page lists the exact count.
Select designs offer personalization (names, dates, jersey numbers) — it'll be noted directly on the product page with instructions for how to submit your details at checkout. If a design doesn't mention personalization, it's sold exactly as shown.
Canvases are made to ship within 3–5 business days, then arrive via standard shipping (typically 3–7 additional business days within the US). You'll get tracking as soon as it's on its way. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Needlepoint has a real learning curve, and we think that's part of the appeal — this isn't a five-minute craft. We recommend starting with a smaller canvas and a basic tent (or "continental") stitch. Store unstitched canvases flat or loosely rolled — never folded, which can crease the mesh permanently. Once finished and framed or assembled, keep your piece out of direct sunlight to preserve thread color over time.
